Robert, I know this is probably a silly question: Has a service reset worked for you? Good luck with this.

Hello,
It seems as if it is only me who cannot use the passport drive.
So, I wouldn't say not to upgrade because this is the only
problem I have with the upgrade, and as I say, others seem to be
able to use their passport drive, so it must be a glitch with my
unit.
Hope this helps,
Robert Stigile

Oh Robert!
What a mess!
SO far I have't upgraded to KS7.2 or th ePatch. If it means I
can't use my Pasport external hard=drive, I am not going to
upgrade!

andy Riden, Do you know what is happening, or can you please put
this to a colleauge?
(Like you, Orbert, I would be lost without my Western Digital
Passport external hard-drive!
