what if you want to print more than one document? you would have to open
that document to print it, while the way it is now, you can just select more
than one file to print

You might want to put that forward on the feedback page of the HW
website, then. However, I think the file manager shouldn't be part of the
main menu, but vthe KeyWord menu instead, because keyword is to do with
file related functions and the file manager is to do with file related
functions. Also I think the emboss and print document options should not
be in the keyword menu, but when in a document you could go to the format
menu, or something, and just choose the emboss or print option from there.
Just a bit of a quicky instead of having to exit the document and do all
of them steps like that.
