I've flown with mine and have never had a problem.
I wish they'd just let us take it with us. I mean, ca't they see
that we are blind?

i've never traveled by plane with my brailleNote, but I was
always told that
it needed to be manually scanned and treated like a laptop.

Subject: [Braillenote] B W I airport plays havoc with memory

Last week I flew to Kansas City for my son's wedding, and when I
sent
myMPower through the scanner it even raced all of my audio files
on my
compact flash card.
I can't be sure that it wasB W I scanner that cauls the problem
but my
nokia 6682 phone 2 gig card does not work any longer.
The strangest thing about the whole thing was, on my compact
flash card, my
Tex files were okay.
