Now, I think there is three files sometimes because it is
probably a folder name (FNB) file. I advise that when you see
the mystery third file again in the list, delete it by pressing
backspace with lower g, dots 2-3-5-6.

Hi Ali,
I can't believe it but you have at least improved my situation.
As i mentioned, when I tried to rename or erase the "views and
opinion" folder I got the message "folder does not exist" In
your email you advised me to create the "views and opinions" in
the folder manager even though I was previously told by the
BrailleNote that it "already exists" and voilá, the views and
opinions folder appeared, like magic. However, I now have 2
folders on my cf storage card but when it lists folders it only
lists one, "none folder" with 2 files in it, or the other, "views
and opinions" with no file in it. When I go to my cf through the
"book reader" There are 3 files in my "none folder". Can you
figure that one out? Any comments? How can I get both folders
listed so I can "enter" either one. When it lists one of the
folders I can't open the other without having to write its name.
Weird, isn't it? All computers are unstable and wacky.
Come back with any suggestions again if you can. Thank you
again.
Eugenio

Try creating the folder again. Maybe keysoft is right when it
says that the folder doesn't exist. If you try creating the
folder again, and it says that a folder of that name already
exists, then there really is a problem. But there is my advice,
nevertheless!

Hi Karyn,
I tried your suggestions sometime ago and just now but no go.
Listen to this! From the Folder Manager I get to the folder to
be rnamed and the prompt is "folder to be renamed"? Then I space
to find the folder, views and opinions, and there are no folders.
When I write, views and opinions, to be renamed just to see what
happens I get "folder does not exist). THEN I write, none,
instead of, views and opinions, and I get "file cannot be moved
to a different drive" which means nothing to me. I do have a
"none" folder on the fc with 2 or 3 files in it depending on how
you access the folder which is something else I don't understand.
If you have any other suggestions I'm wide open for them. It's
driveing me nuts. Thank you.

Hello Eugene,
You wrote: However, I did see something that I overlooked. When
I go to my
fc through my "book reader" I somehow wrote "views and views and
opinions".
I doubt that would make a difference but who knows maybe it
would.
Eugene, yes it would as that is likely what the folder name is .
Try typing
Views and views and opinions and see what happpens. You can also
hit the
first letter, in this case v, and it should take you right to it.
I am
afraid you are looking for a name which is not there. One typo
can mess up
a folder or file name.
Take care and I hope this helps.
