Hi, you have three choices. Delete off the server after download 1. Yes 2. No 3. Only if in trash
I have it set to the last option so when I'm away from home I can check my email and trash the ones I don't want to keep but leave the ones I want to keep in my inbox or some other folder and then when I get home I'm able to download the emails I wanted to keep onto my computer.
