Hi, It sounds like the BrailleNote is getting bogged down. Have you tried a basic reset? If so, try the following:
1. Hold down dots 4, 5 and 6 (J, K, and L on a QT unit). 2. Press and release the reset button, but keep holding down the other keys. 3. When you hear a chime, release all held down keys.
