Hi,

It sounds like the BrailleNote is getting bogged down.  Have you tried a basic 
reset?  If so, try the following:

1.  Hold down dots 4, 5 and 6 (J, K, and L on a QT unit).

2.  Press and release the reset button, but keep holding down the other keys.

3.  When you hear a chime, release all held down keys.

Let me know if that helps.

Hi,
  I've been using my new update 6.11 for about a week now and it was doing well 
but for the past two days now it has gotten very 
slow.  For instance, I wasn't able to get to my BrailleNote yesterday and today 
I have, as you might well imagine, many many emails 
mostly from BrailleNote users and whereas it usually takes one progress beep, 
about 1 to 2 seconds, to receive each email unless it 
is a long one even with my previous update, but now it takes 6 to 12 beeps per 
email.  At this rate I'll be all afternoon receiving 
my email.  I've checked my "free database space" and it's zerz.  What could be 
causing this.? Please let me know as soon as 
possible.
