Hi Eugene:

I can tell you that that was one of the problems with that particular upgrade. It was the first of it's kind. You're doing everything right, but that particular upgrade is a slow process. Are you using dial up, or what? You may also check your Flash Drive to make sure there are not a lot of extra things on it. If you receive a lot of attachments, I would get rid of those in the subdirectory. To do that, you can do the following:

1. From the Main Menu, press F for File Manager, and F for Folder Manager.

2. Press E for Erase a folder, then select your drive. To do this, press Backspace, (Ctrl with D). (In your case, you will want the Flash Drive.

3. At the "folder to Erase?" prompt, press Space with T, (Ctrl with T). You will see that you are in "directory" mode.

4. Press Space to locate the directory containing the subdirectory you wish to erase. (In your case, you are looking for the KeyMail Folder.)

5. Once you find it, press dots 56-chord, (Right Arrow). You will see the prompt: where directory name is the selected directory.

6. Press Space until you reach the subdirectory you want to erase and press Enter. You will see the prompt: "Directory to erase? Press Enter for "directory name" where directory name is the selected subdirectory. Press Enter. (You are looking for Attachments.)

7. If you have protected files, you will be prompted that filename is protected, and ask, "erase anyway?" You can press Y here, or press A for "all" if you think there may be others you wish to erase. If you choose to save protected files, press N, and the erasure of the other files will continue, but the actual subdirectory will remain.

Note: You can also erase a subdirectory by pressing Backspace C, (Ctrl I).

Sorry for the long post, folks.
