This is rather unusual. Have you tried a reset with dots 4-5-6 (J-K-L)? If not, you might want to give this a go and see if it rectifies it. If it does not, it is most likely an overusage of RAM (Joseph Lee has already described this). report the exact message you are given when you follow these steps: 1. go into the Options menu. 2. Press Space with dots 2-4 (Function with I?) for the Support Information Mode. 3. Press the information keystroke. On a BT this is Space with dots 2-4, I'm not sure what it is on a QT (maybe Read with I, Function with I?) An example message is something like: "Program memory. Used, 0 K. Alocated, 0 K. ... Total RAM: 0 K." - please transcribe your message exactly so I can help further.
