Hi Ronda,

Thanks so much for your email. Essentially, I did everything you specified.
The only difference is that I downloaded the key and the upgrade to my pc,
then copied to the sd card which I had put in a card reader connected to the
pc, then put the sd card back in the Braillenote mpower; I had formatted the
sd through the utilities menu.

I think it recognizes the key, but it only upgrades to version 7.01 instead
of 7.2 Really strange, yet I think there must be a solution.

Hi Ann:

I'm just going to list these instructions, and see that you've
done all of them. You probably have, but let's find out.

First of all, prepare your Sd card if necessary. To do this, do
the following:

If you have not prepared your SD card, you will want to do that
before downloading the upgrade.

>From the Main Menu, press U. Press A. At the "run program from
which drive" prompt, press K for Keysoft. You will see
"directory name"? I generally press T chord so that I can see
the folder mode, though some people don't. Go down to the
Windows folder, and press Enter. Press Space once to get to the
"list of files" prompt. Press the letter P twice, so that you
see "prepare SD card. Press Enter. You will receive the warning
that any information on your card will be lost, and you will be
asked if you are sure you want to proceed. Press Y. Follow the
prompts. You will be returned back to the Utilities Menu.

Press dots 46 chord (tab) again, and you will see "Log in
button". Press Enter. Press dots 56 chord (Read with 9) six
times until you see, "downloads available". Press dots 46 chord
