To delete old, unwanted appointments from the Planner, either delete them individually, or if you prefer, you may use the Block Commands to delete a whole chunk of old appointments at once. Before you delete the old appointments, you may wish to back up your Planner files to a CF or SD card just in case you ever want to retrieve those old appointments for some reason, like following the trail of a condition you had or still have, or figuring out income tax deductions etc. Brian -- No virus found in this outgoing message.
