Hi Grace, To erase back appointments, first, back up to the first appointment you want to erase with space-1 then you must press the touch cursor at the beginning of the day or time of the first appointment that you want to erase and you don't have to repeat that again. Then press space-3-4 to get the menu then space down to "cancel" and you will be asked "sure" and it will delete that appointment and repeat what you have deleted. It seems slow but doesn't really take too long. There may be a faster way of doing this but I don't know how. Eugenio
