My SMA was also for the SD card. I finally phoned Humanware
around Thanksgiving, and asked about the SD card version of 7.2.
They finally agreed to send it to me, after saying several times
that new versions were not coming on a card any more. I kept
reminding them that I had paid for the card version.
I would suggest you give them a call and remind them that you
also paid for the card version.
Once I got the card version, the installation worked beautifully.
They included the product key, and the version was 7.2 build 47.
