Hi, I picked up my Braille note classic yesterday to do something on it and it was completely dead. Once I plugged in the charger and reset it, I finally got it working again but now when I check the battery level it say that
battery reconditioning is recommended. What does this mean? When I go into support information mode and press I it gives me a capacity inaccurate count of 3 and when I press A it says battery reconditioning recommended . Does this just mean I have to recalibrate the battery or does it need a new battery? I hope it doesn't need a new battery because at the moment I don't have the money for that. However this is only my backup machine I use my PK for most things just occasionally I need to use the Braille note.
