Donald, I can tell you the work-around, but there is probably a
better solution. When you are at the "send to" prompt, press
Backspace L, Ctrl L) you will see the "selection" prompt. When
you press Enter, you will be told how many there are, and be
asked if you want to send to all selected records. You can exit
at that point. Like I said, it's a work-around, and there is
more than likely a better way.
