  p s  I have finally resolved the situation I was in because a large email 
(almost 9 million MB) was blocking my other emails from being downloaded do to 
its size containing photos etc.  The question I have is: why couldn't I access 
the approximately 6 options, by pressing space-h, which I could in the past.  
If I had those options available I wouldn't have been in this situation.  What 
can I do to bring them back.
