Hi Cathy, I tried all your suggestions when I was in that situation and nothing worked. As far as I know it's still a problem but I haven't had an opportunity to check since I've been receiving my email for a while but now I'm getting an error message: error connecting to pop server; error 10022. Can you or anybody else help me? Eugenio
