Hi BN users. I followed the directions suggested but no go. I can't understand it. When I purchased the multi-lingual software, I only bought the German one because I couldn't afford the whole package and did not know these languages anyway. Wherever the French came from, I have no idea but the German seems to have completely disappeared. I'm absolutely stumped.
