Hi Diane:
If you are connecting with a pc, shared authentication is
required. If you are running a "secured" connection, you would
use a WEP key. I don't know if you are connecting with your pc
or not. If so, in your Connectivity, change "shared
authentication" to yes, and see if it makes a difference.

Are you sharing authentication? If so, is that turned on in your

I'm trying to connect to my wireless network with my Mpower. The
profile I'm using is working just fine, I can connect to my

using my computer, and I've successfully been able to connect to

profile as recently as two days ago.
The BrailleNote beeps once, says "please wait" and then sits
there,
so far for about ten minutes without moving on. It's not frozen,

can bring up help with no problem.
How can I troubleshoot this problem?
