Hello; Listers, I don't know what to do. Brian recommends me to
call Humanware in Concord to get an RMA. But like I said. This
machine is not mine its L.A.U.S.D. BrailleNote. I really need
help. Please write back.

Dear Jose:
While you may not want to send your Mpower in for repairs,
sometimes it is necessary. If you have a PC/MCIA adapter, try
the card in it and see if it works.
If not, give tech support a call first thing Tuesday morning and
ask for an RMA and call the UPS or Fed EX lady to come by and
take it to Concord.
Sorry to hear about your problem. If you have a card reader you
could try putting the card into the reader and see if it can be
read on the Mpower or a PC.
Brian
