Good morning Jose,

I would call tech support and follow their on the phone instructions.  If 
those steps don't work they may ask you to send it in and at this point 
mention that it will be given to the person in the district to deal with it 
and mail it off.

There's a good possibility that a series of resets may clear the system and 
see what is wrong with either the card or the SD slot.
