Hello,
In all of the lists I have seen that list the products that are
compatible with the Braillenote, I have never seen this brand.
So, your hard drive may not work with the Braillenote and that
would be why it starts but never gets recognized.

my simtech 40gb external USB hard drive is never recognised with
the bn. It tends to say please wait but doesn't do anytrhing for
any amount of time. I can feel the little motor in the drive
running, so I know its getting power. Any ideas?
