Even if you're not preparing taxes, this is still useful.
I found these links while browsing the IRS web site:
http://www.irs.gov
I realize that tax season hasn't really started yet, but you may want
to get started downloading forms in Braille and ASCII text from here
now, so you have time to review them. I myself have not reviewed
them, but I plan to over the weekend.
You can get IRS Forms in Braille and Ascii text here:
http://www.irs.gov/formspubs/article/0,,id=131773,00.html
You can get IRS Publications in Braille and ASCII format here:
http://www.irs.gov/formspubs/article/0,,id=131761,00.html
There is also something called "talking forms", which I have not
downloaded or reviewd yet, but you can get them here:
http://www.irs.gov/formspubs/article/0,,id=98135,00.html
According to the web site, if you have Adobe 5.0 or higher, and you
use a screen reader, you can fill in these forms and send them in
yourself.
I hope this is helpful to some.
Anghow, the forms are .exe files, so if you want them, email me and I
will email you whatever forms you ask for.
