If you exit/escape from one program to the next, then you are actually closing that program. However, if you use the keyboard shortcuts (i.e. function+8, etc) then you are switching between programs. Switching between programs allows the programs to remain open.

This doesn't always happen. For instance, if I am writing an e-mail and switch to the book reader, I can close down the book reader and I will land back in the e-mail program. However, if I exit out of the e-mail application, I find myself at the main menu and my book is no longer open. I realize this is not anything all that important but was wondering if someone out there might be able to explain the logic of how the multitasking works in Keysoft. Thanks!
