Hi, I had this problem with my classic a week or so ago and I had to go through the recalibration process a few times before I could get the message of Battery Conditioning Recommended to go away. I used the F command in the support information mode to get it happening. I received the message after not using my Classic for awhile and when I picked it up to use it the battery was totally flat and when I charged it I got the message.
Hope this helps and it works for you. >From Shaz. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Kevin Chao" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "Braillenote List" <[email protected]> Sent: Friday, January 05, 2007 7:58 PM Subject: Re: [Braillenote] Battery Conditioning Recommended Joseph, I have tried using the manual recalibration method by fully drainning the battery until the unit shuts itself off, then letting it harge fully two times with the same message. I have checked both the c and d values and the both match when the battery is fully charged, and the c design capacity is higher than the last measured discharge. I am looking to see if you have further suggestions.
