If you have the file that just need to be copied to USB from there to BN SD
card, pplease send it.
Also if you could give detailed instructions on how to upgrade from SD card.

I'm not sure if I know exactly what you are asking but you don't have to
connect the BN to the internet to upgrade. If you have a PC to download
the file onto you can save it to an SD card which you have prepared on the
BN or you can save it to a USB drive and then transfer it to the SD card
on the BN. If you don't have a way to download the file, maybe I could
e-mail it to you. I don't know how well it would e-mail but would be glad
to try it.

The PK already has built-in drivers for this card. When you
insert this
card, PK should say, "Network Card Ready/CompactFlash Card
Ready" or "card
inserted" twice (depending on KeySoft version). You can start
using the
card right away.
