Hi there,
KGS Corporation is a Japanese company that produces braille cells. These KGS cells are much quieter (the quietest display that I've seen is Baum cells that are found on BrailleNote PK) than Tieman cells. The intensity setting can only be found on mPower units (correct me if I'm wrong).

Joseph

Subject: Re: [Braillenote] Braille intensity

What does KGS mean? I have a BrailleNote
Classic running 5.1 Build 22
Keysoft still. Have been debating whether to
get a brand-new BrailleNote
MPower or simply upgrade what I have. The
upgrade is certainly more
cost-efficient, but, whilst it is laying on
the surgical table, I don't have
a backup that could sit in for it.

Anyway, assuming I have the Tieman cells on
this thingy, how can I reduce
the intensity to 1 to eliminate the "Click"
sound and make it a bit softer?

Thanks for all help.

Sincerely,
Olusegun
