My son needs to use is mpower for an exam in a couple of hours. He was
downloading the New York TImes off Bookshare and it suddenly froze. Nothing
happens - dots are in what he calls the "sleep mode position" just partially
up.
It will not reset. When he turns it off he can still hear it like it is
running or perhaps a fan is running??? ANY suggestions would be appreciated
ASAP. THANKS
