I tried this and it didn't help.  Then I contacted my ISP (insight cable).  
They said that I cannot send email from any where but home.  The only option 
they have available is webmail.  Unfortunately, this does not work either 
because in order to compose a new message or reply, it opens a new window and 
that is not allowed on the BN.

I'm going to send this question again with a new subject but I had thought 
perhaps I can forward my mail to a gmail account (do not have one yet) and send 
from that account while I am gone.  How accessible is sending gmail with the BN?
