Sharon,
Yes, the Socket EA2902-139 card is the one that HumanWare supports. You can buy it from HumanWare. There are two ways of connecting to the Internet using Ethernet connection: first, using the Ethernet card, and second, using ActiveSync. When you use ActiveSync with the USB connection, and if you set a connection that uses Ethernet connection, then you can use your computer to browse the web, without having to sacrifice one network port for your PK.
HTH,
Joseph

Subject: [Braillenote] Question about
internet and my PK

Hi, my family are talking about getting a
router to connect to our broad
band internet. It won't be wireless because
we have five computers to
connect and can't afford to change them to
wireless. So my question is if I
get a Rugged Low Power Ethernet | Type 1 CF
card for my PK will I be able to
connect this to the router? I want to be able
to download my email of a
morning before going to work, so I can read
them on the bus and then of an
evening be able to plug the PK in again and
send off any emails I sent
during the day. So I'm looking for something
quick and easy and thought this
was the best way to go.

The next thing is where do I get the card
from? Is it something I can pick
up at a computer shop or do I have to order
it from Humanware?

Thanks for any help,
From Shaz.
