Hi all,
Louise, you've come up against a Captia. You can't read them either
via the BN or the PC and your screen reader. You will have to get
sighted help to activate that account. Sad, but true. Reason, this
set of numbers is a picture, a graphic that cannot be parsed by
computers running adaptive software. They're designed to keep
computers from subscribing to lists or to companies and so on. Only a
human can see the graphic and respond properly. Unfortunately, if the
human can't see, he or she is up a creek with no paddle. Corral
somebody with a working pair of eyes and join via your PC, if you have
one.
