Hello.
First scan for wireless networks and when you find the network
just press enter and except all the choices as you said there is
no security. Now when you have connected to the network
configuration you just created, go to file manager and in the
drive list there should be a drive network when you go in there
it will ask for your username and password after you have typed
those in you should be able to access your files.
I hope this helps.
Write back.
Chaman
AFTER you have connected and you are able to get online.

I can only speak for the college networks I've personally
experienced.
It's easy to connect to them using the braillenote. Just do a
scan for network and probably accept all the default settings
along
with giving the configuration a unique name.
Next, once you're connected, you have to open your browser and
go
to a page of your choosing.
Your request will be intercepted by a page from the network
which
asks you to sign on to the network using your user name and
password. These should be provided to you by the appropriate
person at your college.
In other words, you can connect to the network, but you cannot
do
anything with that connection until you log in properly.
There may be other networks which operate in a different way,
but I
can only speak for those
with which I have experience.
Since connecting wirelessly is now such a popular connection
type,
I suspect most networks now operate pretty much in this way.
So, get your username and password from the appropriate people
at
your college and give it a try.
