Dear list, Hope this news might be interesting for you: Free Oxford Concise Dictionary with BrailleNote “transplant” program in the US. Now through June 30th, along with the savings from transplanting the Braille cells in a Classic model to a new mPower, HumanWare US will include the Oxford Concise Dictionary and Thesaurus with every transplant.
This is a good news for those of you who are transplanting your units before June 30, 2007. Also, Humanware announced this: “We’re listening” program. HumanWare will soon begin a research program to gather input from users, funding bodies and experts worldwide for future generations of both Braille-based and speech-based products for the blind. This means that us, the users, have chance to tell HumanWare what we want to see in the next generation of BrailleNote family of products. Note: these press releases are gathered from HumanWare's announcements at ATIA conference. Regards, Joseph -- No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Free Edition.
