Hi Terry,

The product key wouldn't make any difference at this stage. He is simply
trying to download the NK.bin file and can't seem to accomplish this. Once
that file is downloaded, he then needs to worry about the product key. He
should be able to download the file with or without a product key. He of
course needs to be sure he has the proper product key when installing the
upgrade into his unit. Right now he is simply trying to download the files
in the first place.

HTH

Check it out with HW

Hi all,

I have been working with my friend Harold on this for some while and it
is
very strange indeed that he has had the problem downloading NK.bin build
47.
I've been able to download it directly to my SD card and run the upgrade

process. He gets to a certain percentage on the download then it stops.
It
is sometimes 15 percent, 34 percent and maybe if hes lucky, 48 percent.
It
is indeed strange!

I would try down loading it to your computer first if you have one or to
a
compact flash card on your mpower then transfer it to your sd card. I
have
tried down loading up grades on my mpower and it only works if I down
load
it to my compact flash card firsthen put it on my sd card. For some
reason
it doesn't work by down loading it to the sd card first.
