Hi Terry, The product key wouldn't make any difference at this stage. He is simply trying to download the NK.bin file and can't seem to accomplish this. Once that file is downloaded, he then needs to worry about the product key. He should be able to download the file with or without a product key. He of course needs to be sure he has the proper product key when installing the upgrade into his unit. Right now he is simply trying to download the files in the first place.
