No, you can download the key as many times
you want. The only way of destroying an SMA
count is if HumanWare releases an upgrade
that is marked "SMA" upgrade.

If you mean the product key for upgrading, do
NOT download it
again. It takes 1 count from your SMA each
time you do so, even
if it is to replace one you already
downloaded and lost. I would
call tech support and explain the situation.
Chances are they
will tell you to redownload it and then give
you another SMA
count to put back the extra one you had to
use in the redownload.
