I agree with you Joseph! I save many e-mails relating to topics that I
might use. If people would change topics to better reflect the correct
subject, people could delete items they are not interested in.
Better subject headers is more important than changing the reply
command.

Terri and list,
But the problem is that the whole list won't be able to see the message
if
an important message is sent to the original poster. And some of us does
not
know how to utilize that function in email clients. If it is an answer
to a
question that the original poster has sent, then the original sender
will
receive it, not the whole list. And if there are numerous people who
have
same or similar experiences? They can share their opinion about that
particular issue, and the answer may benefit not just the sender, but
the
whole list. And if anybody has an issue that has been discussed before,
then
that person can save the answer and use it to solve the problem without
having to clutter the list traffic. Also, that person can always access
the
list archive and see what the list had to say regarding the issue that
he or
she is experiencing and get an answer from there.
This is just my opinion.
Cheers,
Joseph

Andy,

The GW Micro list is set up so replies go to the sender automatically
instead of to the whole list. There's a note at the end of each post
reminding listers their replies will go to the sender only and if the
poster
thinks his or her message would benefit the whole list, the poster can
choose than option in their email program. I would be in favor of such
a
change for the BN list.
