Hello everyone,

I am curious about something. A few people on here have mentioned how long they have had to wait for their BN units to come back after sending them in for repairs. I understand the time needed for repair will depend on exactly what is being done. It does seem though that people are having to wait an unrealistic amount of time to get their units back. Is this really the case or do I have the wrong impression? As much as I find myself using this thing, I cringe to think about someday having to send it in and be without it for several weeks or more. Many of the major computer companies have warranties where they will guarantee a 2 day turnaround or some such thing. In my opinion, if Humanware can't get a unit back out to the owner within a week or so, they should provide a unit for the user to borrow until they get their unit back. Some of us really utilize these units and it would be really hard to do without them for a long period of time. Why would someone shell out $6000 if they didn't really need the thing?

OK, I'm really not trying to be confrontational here but I would like to know what kind of service I can expect from Humanware when I eventually do need it. Any comments are welcome and my e-mail address is [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Thank you!
Nikki B.
