Hi Joseph,

Thank you.Yes, resetting was the only way out of the problem. I just wondered how comon this was. I did not have both programs open at the same time but had been working in both programs earlier. I have found myself having to reset my unit more often lately. Guess I am just pushing it a bit hard sometimes. (grin)

Nikki,
Is Media Player running? Media Player cannot
use an m3u file while it is in use, while
KeyWord cannot edit m3u file that is being
played. Andy Ridden once mentioned that it
is more towards resource issue. Either
exiting the Media Player or exiting KeyWord
might work. Or Reset your unit, as RAM will
be reinitialized (not Hard Reset) so that
Media Player and/or KeyWord will not fight
over a certain m3u file.
Cheers,
Joseph

Subject: [Braillenote] m3u files

Hi all,

I am finding that m3u playlists seem to be a
bit finicky to work
with. I created one a while back and had no
problems but I have
been working on a couple more the past day or
so and have
encountered an error while editing the
playlist in Keyword on
several occasions. It says something like,
"The process cannot
be accessessed as it is being used by another
process" or
something like that. Does this sound
familiar to anyone?
