Could someone please let me know how this is supposed to work.
Unfortunately, I have had a major computer crash and did not get all the
e-mail from this last over the past few days.

Not a big deal I guess.
in the "to" field type braillenote list address if it is of use to the 
entire list. That's not the ideal situation, I know,  but since there is
so 
much traffic and a lot of them not necessarily of use to the entire
list, 
the change seems to be a welcome one. (my opinion).
