You need to go into the options menu and go to keyboard settings. Change your prefered grade to grade 2 and make sure that "do you wish to be advised when computer braille is required?" is set to yes. Then go back to the options menu and go to braille display options. Find prefered reading grade and set it to grade 2. Then scrole to "display computer braille using 6 or 8 dots" and select 6 so that if the reader ever comes across computer braille it will just look like grade 1. Also check that you're working in a braille document and if you're using text, make sure that "text document reading grade" is set to prefered reading grade. Remember if you're using text documents for writing, this defaults to computer braille.
