Have you turned it off, leaving it off for a few seconds, then
turning it back on again?

Subject: [Braillenote] braille note not reacting
Hello list.
I am writing this message on behalf of my friend. He got a new
braille note mpower qt and after the charge it never charged up
again. Now when we plugged the charger in there is no reaction
by the braille note. We kept the charger in for a couple of
hours but still the braille note would not start. We performed
several resets including the reset with reset and record button.
To check if his charger was not the problem i plugged in my own
charger but there was still no reaction.
Please could someone give us some suggestions. He only got the
braille note and it's not working now.
