Hi all. Strange one here and wonder if anyone can help... I'm trying to install the latest version of keysync on my Toshiba Tecra M5 laptop. I need the most recent version of Keysync as I'm using keysoft 7.2 on a PK. I run the setup.exe program, and after around 5 seconds the program disappears, in other words the process is not active launching the installer, however if I look in Task Manager the process is still running and cannot be killed. The only potentially problematic thing from the end of the PC is that it is using a Core Duo Processor, and wonder if Keysync is not compatible with these new processors? I'm using Windows XP Pro however know this isn't the problem as I've installed Keysync on other P4 machines with this OS in the past with no trouble. So and ideas of what's going on here, I need to sort it reasonably quickly as I need to sync up my planner. Any help or ideas appreciated.
