Yes, the announcement talks only about MSP and not mobile speak.
May be that was in some earlier announcement.

I got the announcement as an email message from HumanWare.

I can't speak for Mobile Speak, but I've tried the Braille display support
with Mobile Speak Pocket and my Cingular 8125 cell phone/PDA, and things
have
worked just fine for me so far with both my PK and mPower.

Here is the link on the Code Factory site for the HTML manual that describes
the Braille Support for Mobile Speak Pocket and various Braille displays,
including the PK and mPower.  There are instructions for setting up the
Bluetooth connection, as well as giving the Braille keystrokes to use on the
devices.  This is a long link so you may have to
