If she has changed her thumb key setup, your instructions won't work. That's what I did, because I didn't like the default arrangement.

Push the space bar with the thumb key farthest to the left twice and you should hear speech on. It sounds like you have set it to Speech on request.

Can you help. I have just bought a Braille  Note M Power, ,  with Qwerty
keyboard,  18 cells. I have partially switched off the voice. The Braille
display (I think) is right but I can only get speech by pressing the repeat
button (next to the space bar on the right).

Reading in the manual,  it would only read after pressing read and G, and
only one line.

Can someone please tell me how to get it to read fully again?
