Hi Julie, When you set up your partnership, did you make sure the only thing checked to synch was the check box for synching files? Since some of those check box states were kind of hard to tell when I first set mine up, I mistakenly had something else checked, can't recall what right now, but it caused me all kinds of problems till Dean Jackson very nicely showed me how to delete all my planner files and start over again.
