I think it's a good change, but I would suggest you add the following
reminder to each email sent to the list: "If you reply to this message,
your reply will go directly to the sender only. If your reply would benefit
the whole list, send a copy to the list." The GW Micro list has a notice
like this at the bottom of every message sent to their list.
