Hi Joseph;
If the right section is for serial and usb, where does the sd card go?
I am looking at an m-power and next to the port on the right it looks
like there are 2 slots.  I thought the lower one was for the sd card but
if so, what is the other slot for?

Hi Rob,
Yes, the shoulder strap is qrovided as part 
of the case.  There are two front hooks on 
the darrying case where you can hook up 
shwhlder straps.
With the BrailleNote inside the case, you can 
access everything including thumb keys and 
all ports on the back.  There are two 
openings on the back - the left opening is 
for AC adapter, the right opening is for 
serial and USB devices.
