The Bn always wants to make sure you want to keep the entry and display options when you open any non-KeyWord format file (such as brf, doc, txt, m3u, html, and many more). So no, you cannot get rid of that message. I wish you could, though; a keyword-specific menu, like the Internet Options Menu, would be much more helpful. The formatting, underlining, and all that could then be compiled into a single document control center.
