Hi Cathy and others. I may be right off course here but perhaps you might want to try changing the format to either outline or lines. I don't know if it would work, considering that the other commands you have put in are not being acknowledge by the printer, but it's worth a try.
The only other thing I can suggest is get someone to check your printer settings in the actual printer itself. I remember when I used to have embosser trouble, I was told that I should either allow my embosser or my Braille Companion to determine the setting out of documents. Hope this helps.
