The ethernet sounds like a good idea - because this
way you have at least ONE form of high speed internet
built in, in fact i think the 56k modem should be
replaced by the ethernet modem (or maybe the PC card
slot could be replaced by a SIM Card slot for use with
Verizon or Cingular's Wireless Widea Area Networks -
or WWANs).
