My first mPower got repaired four times because the spacebar was
tilted to either the left or the right. HW finally just replaced
the unit and my current one works fine. I must say that the
classic was more robust as far as its hardware goes, but the
mPower is fine as long as I am careful with it. (That is not to
say it cannot take anything, just that it seems a little less
durable than a classic). I have never had any problems with a
reset button.
